Shipping & Delivery Policy - QPLAY GmbH

Thank you for shopping with QPLAY GmbH. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.

⏱️ Ordered before 22:00? Shipped today! Place your order before 22:00 CET/CEST (Monday through Friday), and we will pack and hand over your package to our shipping carrier on the very same day.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Weekdays (Monday - Friday): Orders placed before 22:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 22:00 will be shipped the next business day.

  • Weekends & Public Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or official public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the immediate following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany: 1 - 2 business days

  • European Union: 2 - 5 business days

  • Rest of Europe & UK: 3 - 7 business days

  • International / Rest of World: 5 - 12 business days

3. Shipment Tracking As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to track your shipment's journey in real-time. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply. For international deliveries outside the EU, all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Deliveries Please ensure that your shipping address is 100% accurate and complete at checkout. QPLAY GmbH is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect address details. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please include photos of the damaged packaging/items to help us resolve the issue quickly.
