Most QPlay products are designed for children from around 6 months up to 5 years, depending on the model. Each product page states the exact age, height and weight range. Choose based on your child's height and ability rather than age alone.

QPlay designs and engineers its products in-house and is the brand owner and manufacturer. Production takes place in our own facilities in China, under our own quality and safety control.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order reaches the threshold for your country. No code is needed.

For Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus and Bulgaria we do not currently offer a free shipping threshold, so the standard rate applies to every order.

We ship to 28 countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We do not currently ship to Austria, Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not yet deliver there. Email us at info@qplayy.com and we will let you know when we do.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM CET/CEST, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Our processing time is 0-1 business day, and this is already included in the delivery estimates above.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a DPD tracking link. Please allow a little time after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation and your estimated delivery window has passed, email info@qplayy.com with your order number.

Contact us at info@qplayy.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a change once the order has been processed or handed to DPD.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not able to cover costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

First please check around your delivery location, including any safe place, porch or mailbox, and with neighbours and other people in your household. Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered shortly before the final drop-off.

If you still cannot find it within 2 business days of the delivery scan, email info@qplayy.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with DPD and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.

No. Orders within the European Union are shipped under EU single-market rules, so there are no customs duties or import charges between member states.

The one exception is Liechtenstein, which is outside the EU customs union. Orders there may attract import charges that we do not collect at checkout.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, for any reason and without giving an explanation.

To be eligible, the product must be complete and returned in its original packaging, so please keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping the product. Return shipping is at your own expense.

Register your return through our return portal: Return Portal. You will need your order number and the email address used for the order.

Please do not send anything back before registering it. Returns are received at a separate address from our registered office, and an unannounced parcel cannot be matched to your order.

If you are returning because you changed your mind, return shipping is at your own expense.

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, we cover the return cost and the remedy. Contact us at info@qplayy.com before returning it.

Yes. Returns must be complete and in the original packaging to be accepted, so please keep the box and any inserts during your 14-day return window.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or was not as described.

You may inspect and try a product as you reasonably would in a shop, and you keep your right to return it.

Use beyond that point, for example outdoor use that leaves wear, marks or dirt, may reduce the value of the product. Where that happens we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund, as permitted by law.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few additional days for the money to appear on your statement.

Yes. We offer exchanges and store credit at no additional cost. Choose your preferred option when you register your return in the Return Portal.

No. We do not charge restocking fees, and there are no non-returnable products in our range. Every product can be returned within the 14-day window under the conditions above.

Email info@qplayy.com with your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue, and we will sort it out.

A faulty product is handled under your statutory guarantee, not as a change-of-mind return, so we cover the return shipping and provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as appropriate. This is separate from and additional to your 14-day return right.

If only the outer packaging is damaged and the product itself is complete and works correctly, that is not a product defect.

All QPlay products carry the statutory legal guarantee of at least 2 years from delivery.

This is a legal right, not an optional extra. It applies under Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in your own country, and under §§ 434 ff. BGB in Germany. It is entirely separate from your 14-day right of return.

It covers defects that were present at delivery, including manufacturing faults. Depending on the case, the remedy is repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or a refund.

It does not cover normal wear to consumable parts such as tyres, brake pads and grips, nor accident damage, misuse, modification, commercial or rental use, or neglect of the required maintenance.

No. For a valid guarantee claim we do not charge you for shipping, labour or materials.

Yes, in many cases. As the manufacturer of our own products we can often supply replacement parts directly. Email info@qplayy.com with the product name and, if you have it, the model number.

Yes. QPlay GmbH holds the certifications required for the products it sells and complies with applicable EU product safety legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety and the applicable harmonised safety standards for children's bicycles and ride-on toys.

As the manufacturer and brand owner, we control our own production and quality testing rather than relying on a third-party supplier.

QPlay GmbH, Neumarkt 39, 50667 Köln, Germany, is the responsible economic operator for our products within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/988.

If you have a safety concern about a QPlay product, contact us at info@qplayy.com with the product name and any batch or model number. Safety reports are treated as a priority.

Each product page states the age, height and weight range the product is designed for. Choose based on your child's height and ability, not age alone, and stay within the stated range.

If you are between two options, email info@qplayy.com with your child's age and height and we will recommend the right model.

We recommend appropriate protective equipment, including a correctly fitted helmet, for all ride-on products. In some countries this is required by law for children.

Adult supervision is required as set out in the product documentation.

Some products require partial assembly. They must be assembled fully and correctly according to the supplied instructions before use, as incomplete assembly can make a product unsafe.

If a part is missing or damaged, do not use the product. Email info@qplayy.com and we will send the part you need.

Check the brakes, steering, wheels and fastenings periodically, and before use after the product has been stored for a while.

Tyres, brake pads and grips are consumable parts that wear with normal use. Replacing them is routine maintenance rather than a defect.

All payment methods available for your region are shown at checkout and processed securely via Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card details.

Yes. All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include statutory VAT. Shipping is shown separately, and the full total including VAT and shipping is displayed before you place your order.
